“Ask a friend you haven’t talked to in a while for a suggestion of what to do today. Explaining what you’re up to is part of the experience. Bonus: Get your friend involved in the actual thing you make.”

This was a fun prompt. I contacted my teammate from last fall’s Crash Course on Creativity, Avantika, who lives in Bangalore. She teaches visual arts at a K-12 school and had the idea of using tape to create something unique. SHe also talked about an assignment where students used post its to make something, but since I am a big fan of those materials and have used them often, I thought tape might be a better choice. So, a tea bag pouch, gold paint, black paper, tape and away we go.
