I was at the end of my Nia class this morning (if you don’t know about Nia, here is a description: Creative, barefoot movement blending the principles and concepts from Yoga, Tai-chi, Aikido,Jazz, Duncan, and Modern dance, the Feldenkrais Technique and the Alexander Techinque. Nia increases agility, balance and strength and is a systemic ,exhilarating workout for all fitness levels with blue-belt instructor) and this prompt came to mind. We were winding down and in a meditative state, and all of a sudden I thought of a HUGE THING that I must miniaturize: WORRIES!!!
