“Make a paper pop up.”

Two sources acted as inspiration for today’s project: the extraordinary pop up alphabet book by Marion Bataille, which has some of the most surprising pop ups you will ever see (note how the I and J share the “dot”), and the marvelous blog papertastebuds.com authored by Bryn (!!) a computer scientist turned calligrapher, who features a wonderful pop up postcard garden on her site: http://papertastebuds.com/?p=3756
